Reservations

Reservations are required.

Once you have made your reservation we will send you a confirmation reply with driving instructions, what to bring and your day's itinerary.

Payment

A 25% deposit is required for all trips.

Payment by Visa or Master credit card. Please call our desk with your credit number 1 866-286-7722, do not email.

Final payment is made by credit card or cash before start of trip.

Cancellation Policy

Trips cancelled 48 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund.

Trips cancelling later then 48 hours will lose the 25% surcharge deducted from their credit card.

If inclement weather, please call because our local weather can be quite different.

Trips cancelled at last minute due to heavy rain, thunder storms, high water or high winds… can be rescheduled at no charge.

Grand River Rafting also reserves the right to cancel trips if they feel river volumes, wind or storm conditions are unsafe.

Waiver

All groups participating in the Grand River Rafting programs will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to starting their adventure. waivers
