Our Grand River Campsites are located right on the Grand River with canoe/fishing access. We have five sites handling from one to 50 people.
Access to the camping area by vehicle is not suitable for low profile vehicles becasue of the steep stoney road one must drive down.
Below is a map of where the Grand River Rafting Campsites are in relation to Highway 403. The turn off point is halfways between Toronto and London... it is called Restacres Rd.

Prices include drinking water, cooking grate, saw for cutting firewood and lots of firewood to cut from the forest!
Camping equipment can be rented and setup for you... includes sleeping tents, summer kitchen tent, picnic table, cooking & dish kit, food cooler, gas lantern and ground insulation pads. We don't supply ice, sleeping bags, pillows or food. Cost is $25 per person per first night... additional nights $15.00 per person per night. Minimum of two people. We put it up and take everything down for you.
Gas barbeques are available to rent if available @ $20 per night.
Below is a map showing a 24 hour Sobey Grocery store, showers and gas less then 10 kms away from the campsite.
There is no hydro, running water or showers. You can swim in the river.
You must leave your campsite as clean as found and you must take your garbage out with you... or there is an additional $30.00 cleanup staff fee.
Canoe campsite rentals for $30 per day... or kayaks for $25 per day. (includes paddle,lifejacket & boat safety kit)
There are no poisonous snakes or dangerous wild animals like bears... we do have deer, wild turkeys, owls, and beavers. The raccoons will open your food coolers or fight over your garbage if left out at night!

Campsite 1 can hold up 8-9 tents. It has an overflow area. There are two fire pits overlooking the river. There is canoe/kayak/fish access down to the river. A Thunder Box serves as the washroom facilities and there is also an outhouse nearby. Lots of firewood to be cut.

Campsite 5 above is for large groups of up to 50 people. There is one main fire pit. There is canoe/kayak/fish access down to the river. An outhouse serves as the washroom facilities. There is also a storage shed here too. Lots of firewood to be cut.
