  Hours of operation:       

Paddling season closed… but office open for inquiries 10:00am-4:00pm on weekdays. 

 

We have someone answering the phone from 10am til 4pm on weekdays only during our closed fall and winter hours.

 

If we do not respond to your email in 24 hours.  We may not have gotten it.  If so, please call 519-442-2519 or send us another email.

 

We have three incoming phone lines. Please be patient, because we host over 50,000 people yearly and our phones get busy, especially on weekends.

 

We apologize, but we do not answer phone calls after 4pm. We are now closed for the season… and will only be answering inquiries on weekdays

 

One note, for directions… never drive to the office to launch.
