(If alcoholic beverages or suspicious containers are present, they must be returned to the vehicle if a person wishes to participate in the activity).
Grand River Rafting staff will hand each person their equipment for the activity. Customers are to wait until staff present paddles and jackets to insure proper sizing.
We will load the bus from back to front.
The number of people Grand River Rafting will be shuttling, will be in compliance with Provincial guidelines.
Upon arrival at the launch, the staff will handle your boats and put in position for you to launch.
Upon arrival at the exit point, if busy, groups will wait out on the water to prevent congestion, and come in when signaled by staff.
Remember, the shore bottom is very stony, if you need help getting out of your boat, let our staff know.
Upon exiting, please take all garbage out of your boats and dispose in the waste cans.
The staff will direct you where to pile your jackets so we can sanitize them.
Please put all discarded food, gloves and masks in our waste barrels.
Grand River Rafting will not be supplying dry bags, but we do have ziplocks available.
